<p>There is good evidence that duloxetine at doses of 60 or 120 mg daily helps some people with painful diabetic neuropathy or fibromyalgia. The NNT for one person to have at least 50% pain relief is about 6. Nausea, somnolence constipation and reduced appetite are common adverse events.</p>
