Firearm-Related Injury and Death in the United States: A Call to Action From the Nation’s Leading Physician and Public Health Professional Organizations

The editors at Annals of Internal Medicine are deeply saddened by the tragic mass shootings in Ohio and Texas. Our hearts go out to the victims, their families, and their communities. Please read the call to action on reducing firearm injury and death that the following organizations have collaborated to create:

What can health care professionals do to make a difference?
